Project Administrator
Brambier’s is currently looking for a Project Administrator for its North Miami Beach office.
The “Right Person” for this position would:
- Handle incoming calls and answer customer queries, providing information and problem solving for them
- Be able to interact with various levels of personnel within client accounts
- Manage and organize job files for ongoing and completed jobs
- Collect records and receipts from installation team
- Manage files for posted bills
- Maintain various customer insurance and sales tax records
- Receive materials deliveries and maintaining multiple inventory spreadsheets
The successful candidate should:
- Be proficient in operating a 4-line telephone system and answering in a skilled manner
- Maintain a professional demeanor when working with customers in the office environment
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with both customers and co-workers
- Learn quickly and retain knowledge
- Consistently perform competently under intense pressure situations
- Be able to prioritize projects and meet deadlines
- Complete all duties in a time efficient manner
- Follow-up on assigned tasks without prompting
- Be self motivated & results oriented
- Have exceptional presentation & communication skills
Necessary Skills:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must speak fluent English
- Must have legible handwriting
- Ability to read a tape measure to within 1/16 of an inch
- Familiarity with the architectural, design or construction industry a plus, but not required
